About Ryan

Being service-oriented is second nature to Ryan Jakubowski, first at the U.S. Naval Academy (where he and three brothers all attended) and now as a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. Ryan has been serving buyers and sellers throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. since 2013, and his unsurpassed level of excellence and commitment to clients is evident by his steady volume of repeat clients.

Ryan represents a broad range of clients, including first-time buyers, downsizers, upsizers, military and out-of-state clients. Ryan is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), a level of training which fewer than 1% of real estate agents have earned. Because of his previous work experience as a manufacturer's rep for residential building materials, Ryan has worked with many home-improvement contractors and is well-versed in all aspects of home construction. Ryan lives in Mount Airy, Maryland, with his wife Kim, 3yr old daughter Kaitlyn, 1yr old daughter Caroline, and a rescue dog, Parker.  When Ryan's not busy making real estate deals, he enjoys playing on local softball teams, homebrewing a tasty beverage, scuba diving and adventure traveling. He's also a die-hard Navy football fan, organizing and participating in Class of '99 tailgates.
